The Kaler Farms Corn Stalk Guide is made from UHMW poly which is made to last. The Guide is manufactured in Lidgerwood, ND, at the family farm. We have guides for most corn heads--poly and metal--in most brands.

Kaler Farms has been using the original Corn Stalk Guide for 20 years. The Guide was designed and built to rectify the problem created when the corn snouts changed from metal to poly. Through the years, the Corn Stalk Guide has developed into a long=wearing, durable product for most farmers.
INCREASED YIELDS
By moving the corn stalks past the idler sprocket smoothly, more corn is able to enter the header. The bouncing ears of corn from the abrupt hitting is eliminated. In the case that your rows are not perfect from growing issues or weather, the Guides will help move the stalks to the correct place for optimal combining. And when the day is almost finished and you "want to finish this field," perfect driving is not required since the Guide will bring the stalk right where you want it.
COST EFFECTIVE
The Corn Stalk Guide averages $150 per row---for less loss and better snout protection. By saving 1 bushel per acre on a small amout of acreage will cover the cost of the Guides in one year.

WHO WE ARE
Joel and Jaci Kaler are the owners and operators of Kaler Diversified LLC. Joel helped his dad farm the family acreage and then bought the farm when his dad retired. Corn has always been in the rotation. The Kaler Farm Corn Stalk Guide was designed when Joel saw a problem with the corn "flying all over" when he first started using a poly-snouted corn header. Over the years, he found that the UHMW poly has lasted since he first used it. And the UHMW poly also is considered "slippery" so it moves smoothly.
Now, the farm operation has expanded to the manufacture and sales of the Kaler Farms Corn Stalk Guide. Joel manufactures the Guides right on the farm and Jaci handles the selling and shipping of the Guides.
